Soft skills are today's power skills. They are a blend of interpersonal, communication and social intelligence skills that are in high demand across all industries and jobs.
Finishing School Program (FSP) is a structured curriculum delivered over 248 hours in parallel to the DOTE prescribed syllabus. The philosophy behind this initiative is to enhance the employability of the students and molding them as good citizens.
The three-year course that includes:
- English Proficiency
- Value Education
- Communication Skills, Team building, Time Management,
- Personality development
- Industrial visits
- Total Quality Management (TQM)
- 5 S Practices
Practising managers from Rane and resource persons from outside are continuously engaged as part time faculty for conducting finishing school program.
